Seriously a hero. I was struggling to pass the Praxis Core math section and he was great and fast with setting up a good time to meet and really helped me nail concepts that I needed. I highly recommend meeting with Matt if you feel yourself struggling in any area of math! Thank you again!

When multiple people from all different parts of your life compliment a teacher you have to think--how can this be? Is he for real? Is he really THAT good? So I was a little skeptical. NOT ANYMORE! Mr. Groden is the REAL DEAL! He truly loves teaching and he loves kids but most of all he loves to see kids succeed. And that's what he does. He makes kids perform better and reach their full potential. I highly recommend Matt's courses. My son just finished his SAT class and thoroughly enjoyed it (yes, he enjoyed a class---over the summer!) So what are you waiting for?? Sign your student up with Matt ASAP! Do not pass GO and do not COLLECT $200! This is real life people and Matt is the real deal!

I think it is clear to anyone who has worked with Mr. Groden that he has a very special ability to empower and inspire the youth, and to teach in ways that resonate for all. His patience, compassion, flexibility, and incredibly thorough understanding of the math combine to help students realize our greatest potential -- sometimes potential that we didn’t even know was there until he helped us find it. In addition to being an amazing teacher, he is a great role model and friend to anyone he meets. So easy to talk to, so caring, so kind -- the most genuine person. Mr. Groden is passionate about teaching and leading his student to success. My son took his SAT prep course and he had nothing but praise for Mr. Groden. Not only is he a great teacher, but his students like and respect him and therefore are eager to learn. Every time I picked my son up from the class he had something positive to say. I would recommend Mr. Groden's tutoring or SAT Prep to anyone looking for real results from an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher.

Matt Groden is by far the best math instructor around!!! He has a passion for math and it shows through his ability to break down any math problem, no matter how complicated, into a simple form the student can understand. He is kind, easy going and most importantly, he truly cares about his students.

My son took the SAT prep class. It was a great class with fantastic instruction strategies and top notch teachers who clearly know their stuff. They made the class fun and motivated my son to do the required out-of-class practice. His scores on the practice tests consistently improved. We would absolutely recommend this class!

After class with Mr. Groden, I felt more than prepared for my exams. In class, we had covered every type of problem we could expect to see and received ample explanation of its solution. On the day of the test, I was calm knowing Mr. Groden had prepared me well for any problem that could be on the exam. In addition to giving me confidence going into one of the most difficult exams I had taken, Mr. Groden gave me a deeper appreciation and understanding of mathematics. He gave me the ability to visualize complex concepts more than any other teach I had and problem solving techniques that I continue to use. Beyond being ready for my exams, I was ready to understand more difficult math in high school and college.

My daughter was fortunate to have Mr. Groden for both AP Calc AB and BC and she rocked both classes and the AP exam. Now a college junior she's already sailed though Calc 4 and we attribute her success to the foundation she received from Mr. Groden. He loves teaching and motivating his students and that enthusiasm radiates through everything he does.

Mr. Groden really helped me learn the subject of geometry very well. He related certain topics to the interest of the student which helped a lot. The pointers he gave for study habits were definitely very helpful and I would recommend Mr. Groden to anybody.

Matt Groden is a truly innovative Math Teacher. He makes the word of mathematics real, exciting, and meaningful. If you are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who makes understanding math easy then look no further. Matt came to our rescue when my daughter was struggling in AP Calculus BC. Not only was he able to boost her grade to an A, she also scored a 5 on her AP exam for both Calculus AB and BC. Also, My son went to his SAT class over the summer and after every class he said how much he enjoyed Matt and was excited about what he learned. I will continue to give Matt the highest recommendation which is rare for me since I am a math teacher myself. He is excellent!

Matt truly cares about each student. My son took his SAT prep course and his math section increased 90 points. There was great communication after each course session as the teachers would email what was covered, what to do next, and an overview of future class. He was always there to answer any question my son ( and I) had.
